Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, unaltered, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. We reserve the right to request a photo of the product prior to return.

To start a return, you can contact us at If your return is accepted, we'll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

*Please take your time and extra care packaging returns. Any damage that occurs upon return shipping will be the responsibility of the customer. We reserve the right to withhold the cost of damage and repairs.

Damages and issues 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items 
Certain types of items cannot be returned such as custom products or special orders. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on closeout items or excess inventory sales items.


The fastest way to do an exchange and ensure you get what you want is to go ahead and place a new order while you wait for your return to be processed. Request an RGA from our Customer Support team and send the return back to us.  We will cover the cost of return shipping during the first exchange. After that, the customer is responsible for any future shipping costs. To initiate an exchange, please contact our Customer Support team.


Sale Items/Price-adjustments
If you see an item on sale, don't wait around to purchase it. Sale prices are not permanent and special promotions often end within a few days.

If we mark down the price of an item you've already purchased, let us know and we will gladly adjust the sale price at your request within 14 days of your shipment date. Price adjustments will be credited back to the original form of payment used to purchase the item. We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
