Shipping & Return Policy
Nostalgic Warehouse builds all products to order in our facility in Denver, Colorado. Once payment is received, most orders ship within 3 business days. We ship to all locations within the United States. Shipping times depend on your location. If you live down the street from us in Colorado, you'll get it faster than if you live in Alaska. Receive free shipping via FedEx Home or FedEx Ground in the U.S on orders over $200. Expedited shipping option are available during checkout.
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item(s) within 30 days of delivery. All returns require an RGA Request Form. The RGA Request form must be acquired by contacting Nostalgic Warehouse directly. All returns require proof of purchase and must be returned in new, unused, and unaltered condition. We reserve the right to request a photo of the product prior to return. An RGA must be requested within 30 days of the delivery date. If you purchased a Nostalgic Warehouse product from a third-party retailer, returns must be initiated through that retailer.
No returns after 30 days are permitted.
*Please take your time and extra care packaging returns. Any damage that occurs upon return shipping will be the responsibility of the customer. We reserve the right to withhold the cost of damage and repairs.
We are happy to assist you with exchanges. The fastest way to do an exchange and ensure you get what you want is to go ahead and place a new order while you wait for your return to be processed. Request an RGA from our Customer Support team and send the return back to us. We will cover the cost of return shipping during the first exchange. After that, the customer is responsible for any future shipping costs. To initiate an exchange, please contact our Customer Support team.
Once you submit you order, your order immediately starts processing and we are unable to guarantee that we can cancel your order and stop the shipping process. Please contact us as soon as possible after your order is submitted so that we can try to intercept the order before shipping.
In the case of an order cancellation, accidental order, or buyer’s remorse, we reserve the right to charge a restocking fee.
