How would you describe the overall quality of the hardware you installed from Nostalgic Warehouse?
While the products photograph beautifully, the appreciation for the quality comes into play when you can feel the products in person. They are heavy, solid, and intricate in design. You can tell they are well-made.
Did you find the cabinet hardware installation process straightforward, or were there any challenges you encountered?
As far as the installation goes, it takes longer to set up the process than it does to install. The instructions were straightforward, making it a seamless process.
Can you share any specific features or design elements of the hardware that stood out to you?
When I see these products in person and can hold them and inspect them with the naked eye, it is obvious they are high-quality. The designs are intricate, and the products are heavy and solid. This alone screams high quality.
Do you have any tips for incorporating hardware details throughout your home?
I love that I can customize my door knobs/handles in color and style on the Nostalgic Warehouse website. This makes it possible to find the perfect design for a space. Whether your look is traditional, classic, or modern, there can be something for every style within Nostalgic Warehouse's selection of items. I recommend printing a photo of the product(s) you are considering and bringing that into the space you want to place it. This way, you can get a feel for what will work best visually.
How did you decide which products to create a cohesive hardware aesthetic for this project?
I explored many designs but wanted something feminine and clean for this home office project. I was immediately drawn to the modern appearance of the New York Handle, so I added a feminine touch with the oval Crystal knob. The oval-shaped crystals are simple but loaded with character and visual interest.
Have you noticed any improvements in the functionality or aesthetics of your space after installing Nostalgic Warehouse hardware?
Absolutely, yes, I have noticed an improvement in the functionality and aesthetics of the space. While the coat hangers are a perfectly functional design product I use daily, the aesthetics have also significantly changed. This hardware was the finishing touch to the home office space - the "jewelry" of the room - a significant feature to not take lightly in any area.
Have you received any feedback from others regarding the Nostalgic Warehouse hardware in your space?
Yes, as a matter of fact, a friend came over just the other day. When he entered the office, he said, "Something is different here... did you get new hardware? It's AMAZING." I was so happy that it was the first thing he noticed. It really is eye-catching at first glance and leaves a lasting impression.
