We are very happy with our purchase of the New York Entry Set with New York Knob in Unlacquered Brass. Looking forward to watching the finish wear in over the years. A couple of pointers for when you order. Know your backset and what it means and think about it. We have a 2 3/8 backset on an exterior door. I really wish it was 2 3/4, but we got what we got. If I was installing a new exterior door, I would definitely go with 2 3/4. If you do have 2 3/8 know that the knob may feel a little crowded on an exterior door. If we thought more about this, we have gone with a lever, instead of a knob. All in all, the knob is the look we preferred and we are happy with it, but food for thought. Also pay attention to the shape of the strike plate and face plate. Do you have rounded corners or straight 90 degree corners. I think Nostalgic Warehouse can accommodate either. I did not pay attention and ended up having to chisel out a little on installation. Not a huge issue for handy people, but just something to consider.
